Our policy lasts 2 days, you have to inform us within 2 days after the delivery of your parcel. Unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange after 2 days.

For Domestic orders , Shipping cost will be free in India if you choose prepaid mode/online payment mode but if you do Cash on Delivery then it’ll be 80 Rs Extra Charges for orders and it’s all depend on weight of orders.
For International orders , Shipping cost will depend on the quantity you purchase.
